One of my favourite experiences with DG Foundation was the Golden Anchor Program as a collegiate. I have always had a special place in my heart for the elderly and they have so many stories you can learn from. The Delta Gammas went to a local retirement home in Waterloo and knocked on the resident’s room doors and invited them to the games room. We spend a couple hours playing games and I became the best of friends with a woman names Pearl over Chinese Checkers. She was so feisty! DG made spending time with these wonderful people more accessible and easier and definitely memorable. It always feels great to Do Good.

Over the years Delta Gamma has had to say goodbye to two amazing Canadian Delta Gamma chapters; Alpha Gamma at the University of Toronto and Zeta Omicron at Wilfrid Laurier University. Most of our TAA members were initiates of these two wonderful chapters. By continuing to “Do Good”, staying involved in Delta Gamma and sharing strong bonds with our sisters we are maintaining the ideals of these chapters and ensuring that their legacies live on.
If you have any information, photos or archives of these chapters that you would like to share with the TAA and it’s members please contact us at email@example.com
Founder’s Day is the highlight of the TAA’s year. Sister’s gather from across Ontario to the Delta Gamma Gallery at The University of Toronto for a day filled with tradition and sisterhood.
